Olafson and the Zenith Women’s Club have been heading up the giving tree project for the last six years, with the last three at the Immanuel Lutheran Church because of how fast it has grown.

“We just ran out of room over at the Friends Church,” Olafson said. “It just kept growing. We have Silverton Together screening the families to make sure they are local and in need.”
