Quakers in the News: Summary - period ended 3.1.2007

Dear Friends,

In response to the drinking and violence at Guilford College in January 2007, Quaker Schools are in the news this period with three articles from North Carolina (USA) and one from Haverford, PA (USA) Please see Quaker Schools

On a heartwarming note, Friends in Portland, Oregon (USA) have contributed part of their church rebuilding fund to a neighboring church which had their building burn down. Please see Religious Faith
