Summary - period ended 3.15.2007

Dear Friends,

After drinking and violence at Guilford College, North Carolina (USA) in January 2007, it appears that the local charges against the athletes have been dropped. No mention was made of how this conflict was resolved regarding potential Federal civil rights violations, or if this conflict has been resolved internally at Guilford. Guilford's action was originally to precede any action by local law enforcement.
